Play At Home Program
A program designed to help children be active, healthy and happy
while they are at home.
The COVID pandemic has brought about a change in the lifestyle of all individuals, especially children. The routine of children has been tremendously disturbed as they are missing out on their usual physical activities.
World Health Organization recommends
- Children below 5 years should spend at least 180 minutes a day doing a variety of physical activities.
- Children between the ages of 3-4 years should spend at least 60 minutes a day doing moderate to vigorous physical activity.
- Children and young adults between the ages of 5-17 years should spend at least 60 minutes a day doing moderate to vigorous physical activity.
